Irvine, California, March 2014 — Pacific Power Source is pleased to announce the release of version 1.5.2 of its widely used UPC Studio, Windows based power source control software suite. Already recognized for its exceptional control capability and richness of features, this latest version now runs seamlessly under all new version of the Windows Operation system with full 32 and 64 bit OS support. Several new features and improvements were added in this version as well.
“This new version of UPC Studio Software further enhances AC Power Testing by placing the tools necessary to control all aspects of an AC Power Test System in the test engineers’ hands,” according to Eric Lord, Pacific Power Source’s Sales Manager.
“With Test Manager, you can tie together Output Sequences with prompts, user controls, Visual Basic scripts, meter controls and more. It stands out from other software options in the market by providing the operator full control and definability of complete Test Plans and reports versus just controlling the AC Power Source. In short, it saves time and money by providing the test engineer with a method of quickly and easily generating complete test routines.”
UPC Studio, Control and Manager are just a few of the utilities included in Pacific Power Source’s UPC Suite of software programs. UPC Studio including UPC Control and UPC Manager with Output Sequence Browser is free to customers with registration. Test Manager licenses are offered for a fee, as are all factory-written test sequences.
